Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of photographs you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit and process a photograph at your request and return the result. We do not claim ownership of your original photograph.

Refunds

Request a refund through the contact page within 14 days of purchase or renewal. An entirely unused Credit Pack qualifies for a full refund. For a partly used pack, unused purchased credits can be refunded proportionally; completed processing and downloaded results are normally non-refundable. Each pack expires 365 days after purchase. Expiry alone does not create an automatic refund.

An unused Pro subscription period qualifies for a full refund within the request window. If you have used the subscription, we will assess the paid benefits not yet provided; completed or downloaded work is not refunded again. An approved refund removes the corresponding unused credits and may end the subscription. Canceling future renewals does not itself refund the current period.

Processing that fails or is not delivered because of a service fault is not treated as completed work. We will investigate and restore the affected credits; if we cannot remedy the failure, we can refund the corresponding charge. Include your account email, order reference and issue description, without card details or sensitive photos. We will explain the amount and calculation, and return an approved refund to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

General enquiries usually receive a reply within 1–2 business days. Refund requests are reviewed and answered within 5 business days.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Pro Monthly costs $12 each month; Pro Yearly costs $72 each year. Payment is taken at the start of each selected billing period and renews automatically until canceled. Both provide 200 photos each billing month; annual billing does not issue the full year of credits at once, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. We will email a renewal notice 7 days before a charge, showing the amount, date and cancellation link.

Sign in, open Account → Billing, choose “Manage subscription → Cancel subscription”, and confirm. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access remains available until the current period ends, without a cancellation fee. If you cannot access billing settings, request cancellation through the contact page; we will provide confirmation.

Credit Packs are one-time purchases, do not auto-renew and can be combined, with each pack retaining its own expiry date. Free credits and the current trial never become a paid subscription automatically. If a paid trial is introduced later, its end date, first charge and cancellation method must be shown before separate consent is obtained. No such trial is currently being charged.

Free Credits & Fair Use

Each verified account can claim 3 standard restorations after completing Turnstile captcha verification. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC daily, lasts only for that day, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and does not stack. Repeated claims do not increase it. The current registration trial credit expires as shown in your account credit history.

Free output is limited to 1500 px on its longest side, without colorization. Processing pauses when that day's allowance is used. You can claim again the following day; no payment is taken automatically.

Only one free account per person is permitted. Bulk registration, automated claims, proxy-pool captcha evasion, sharing and resale of free credits are prohibited. We may reject suspicious claims, revoke credits obtained through abuse and suspend accounts where abuse is evidenced. You can request a review through the contact page.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
